Lately, there has been a big stir about the University of California study that reveals many benefits of practicing Yoga for women. Some of the benefits are as follows: Fewer eating disorders Less self objection Better self image Less preoccupation with physical appearance Healthy eating habits Let's stop for a moment and think about the big picture. Yoga has been around for 5,000 years, and some people still think it might be a fad. Yoga is beneficial to every segment of the population.
